Marketing and Sales Coordinator

($28 - $30 per hour)
Responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining marketing materials, custom products, and custom packaging. Also, responsible for assisting in developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of Axelgaard Manufacturing Co., Ltd.’s (AMC) products
Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Work with Sales and outside vendors to create marketing literature (web and print), educational material, and to execute advertising campaigns and efficient deployment of marketing communications and tracking of customer responses and effectiveness
  • to increase sales of Axelgaard Manufacturing Co., Ltd.’s (AMC) products.
  • Coordinate with sales and other relevant departments including R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure that Sales have all appropriate materials, samples, and literature required for meetings, trade shows and other events
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, train customers' employees, explain product features, and solicit orders
  • Recommend products to customers/prospects based on their needs and interests and answer customers/prospects questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Manage content on clinical support website, FAQ file, handle inquiries, and provide technical support to customers and colleagues as necessary
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support/training and provide customers with product samples and catalogs
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
Qualification requirements:
  • Must be able to perform each duty outlined above and possess the education, skills, and abilities described in this job description
Education and/or experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with three to five years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other skills/abilities:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective listening and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus
